Sabra possesses superhuman strength sufficient to lift 50 tons, & has superhuman speed, reflexes, & endurance. She is resistant to impacts up to high caliber rifle fire, & recovers from injuries at 3 times normal human rates. Sabra also can trigger low-level powers in others (she describes this as giving someone else half of her own powers); these powers are permanent, but she can later withdraw them with a touch. She uses this power exceedingly rarely. Sabra's bracelets shoot paralytic plasma-charged energy quills. Her cloak enables her to fly at better than 300 mph; she initially wore a large spined cloak to hide its flight technology but later miniaturization has allowed her to use a much sleeker cloak. her costuming varies with her missions
